Through our contacts with the financial world and our knowledge of the loan application process, we can often assist you in finding the needed funds.

- NETWORKING MEETINGS
We provide the opportunity for our tenants to get together once a month for networking meetings during which you will have the kind of exposure you need to grow your base of business relationships looking for new contacts to generate client leads and boost sales.These sessions also deal with solutions to common problems encountered by the entrepreneur.

- FREE SEMINARS
The Indianapolis Enterprise Center offers free seminars through the efforts of our Business Development Program on a regular basis to all our tenants. These seminars cover a wide range or topics that are most informative to our tenants such as marketing, lead generation, accounting, types of ownership, sales, collections, etc. Our instructors are professionals in their chosen fields who volunteer their time to work with entrepreneurs in the hope of acquiring a new client occasionally. We send out surveys twice a year to our tenants to help us select topics for the next round of seminars.

- SHARED OFFICE SERVICES
The Indianapolis Enterprise Center offers the same shared office services that you have come to expect in facilities charging several times our rates. These services include, Photo copying, fax services, word processing, notary public, mail posting and computer services to include document scanning. You need not contract for these services as you will be billed at the end of each month just for those services you actually used.
